What are the functions of fully automated chicken farming equipment? How should farmers choose fully automated chicken farming equipment? Now, please follow the editor to take a look at the types and functions of fully automated chicken farming equipment.

Fully automated chicken farming equipment, to be precise, can be divided into two types: one is stepped automated equipment, and the other is stacked automated equipment. At present, 80% to 90% of chicken farmers use stepped chicken cages, and the majority of chicken farms do not use automated equipment but rely on manual operation. However, every chicken farmer has also seen stepped automated equipment. Some stepped automated equipment has backward technology and unreasonable design, failing to meet the standards of automation. Therefore, Today, I won't introduce the stepped automated chicken farming equipment to you all. Instead, I'll focus on the stacked automation.

Layering automation, as the name suggests, is the process of stacking layers upon layers. Such cages must be equipped with highly precise automated devices to complete the entire chicken farming process, and more advanced production techniques must be adopted to ensure the durability of the cages. Currently, there are three types of cages available for chicken farmers to choose from on the market:

Cold galvanizing. Cold galvanizing, also known as electro-galvanizing, has a thin galvanized layer. It rusts in 2 to 3 years and has a lifespan of 6 to 7 years. It is fine for making ordinary artificial breeding cages, but it is definitely not worth considering for making cages for automated equipment.

2. Hot-dip galvanizing Hot-dip galvanizing, also known as hot-dip zinc coating, has a thick galvanized layer, is not prone to rust, and has high durability, being able to last for 15 to 20 years. However, its drawback is that the zinc immersion in the galvanizing pool is uneven, resulting in many burrs (this is also a problem in the industry), which can easily scrape off chicken feathers and puncture freshly laid eggs, leading to a high egg breakage rate and making it unsuitable for brand eggs.

3. Electrostatic spraying. Also known as electrostatic powder coating, it uses powdered paint to be adsorbed onto the cage through the attraction of high-voltage static electricity, forming a highly corrosion-resistant phosphating film between the chicken cage and the paint. The paint is fixed on the surface of the chicken cage and is not easy to fall off. Even when bent freely at 360 degrees, it will not fall off. It will not be corroded under the action of strong acid, is durable and can be used for 15 to 20 years.

Due to the adsorption effect of high-voltage static electricity, the surface is smooth and beautiful, and there is no burr phenomenon. Due to its smooth surface, it can produce high-quality brand eggs, which increases the value of the eggs and also raises the brand value of the chicken farm. Therefore, electrostatically sprayed chicken coops are the best material for layering automation, without any doubt.

Equipment features:

1. Stacked breeding, with selectable layers, up to 10 layers at most. The breeding density per unit space is extremely high, and the breeding output is large, which can achieve a reasonable doubling of benefits.

2. Automatic feeding and drinking water save labor, increase labor productivity and improve the egg-feed ratio.

3. Automatic egg collection reduces labor costs and is highly efficient and stable.

4. The conveyor type automatic manure cleaning is dry and hygienic, saving labor. It can clean manure multiple times a day, greatly reducing respiratory diseases in chickens.

5. Centralized breeding reduces the movement and contact of staff within the chicken coop, which is conducive to the prevention and control of chicken diseases. The specification of the stacked automated cage is 225*60*45cm, with 5 doors. Each door can hold 6 chickens, and the floor area occupied by each chicken is 450cm ². The size of the chicken cage can also be designed and planned according to the size of the chicken house, but the floor area occupied by each chicken must not be less than this figure. Now let's talk about what is needed for the stacked automated chicken farming equipment.

For the stacked automated chicken coop, a flat belt manure cleaner must be used. When I saw some articles mention the use of manure scrapers at this point, I couldn't help but laugh. So, what's the point of using automation? Just manual breeding would do.

There are two types of conveyor belts for flat belt manure removal: one is made of pure plastic and the other is made of canvas with a layer of plastic brushed on it. The former is cheaper while the latter is more expensive. The more expensive ones are not much, about 5 yuan, but the quality of the latter is much better than that of the former. Then how to choose? I'll just tell you what the flat belt manure cleaner fears the most, and then you'll know how to choose.

The flat belt manure cleaner relies on a conveyor belt to transport chicken manure. The most feared issue is the deviation of the flat belt. Once it deviates, it is basically scrapped. Therefore, it is essential to find a manufacturer with an anti-deviation system. The stacked chicken coop requires one conveyor belt per layer, so more attention should be paid to the deviation of the flat belt.
